PERGOLUX is one of the world's leading pergola brands, selling outdoor living products across four continents. From its headquarters in Fulda, Germany, it runs 15 Shopify stores serving 15 countries, with fulfilment spread across warehouse sites around the world.

Running a fast-growing operation across multiple countries, PERGOLUX had limited live visibility of what was happening in each warehouse. Inventory accuracy was hard to hold without scanning or validation, manual steps left room for error, and there was little global view of performance, compliance, or where procurement gaps were opening up across sites.
