The Record Matters As Much As The Movement

Accuracy Where A Mispick Is Not Just A Return
Common Questions
Does Canary7 support GDP compliance?
It provides the records GDP inspections rely on — attributable, timestamped transactions, batch traceability, hold and release history, and temperature zone handling. We are not a compliance consultancy and we do not certify you; we make the evidence available rather than something you assemble afterwards.
Can you handle quarantine and release?
Yes. Stock can be held on receipt or after inspection and is physically prevented from being picked until released, with the release recorded against a named user.
Do you support serialisation?
Serial-level tracking is supported through the batch and serial framework. Requirements vary considerably between markets and regulations, so tell us which apply to you and we will be specific rather than general.
What about cold chain and temperature zones?
Ambient, chilled and frozen are handled as separate zones with their own putaway and picking rules, so stock is directed to the correct environment.
How quickly can you produce a recall report?
The data is captured at every movement, so identifying affected batches and their destinations is a query. Affected stock can be blocked from picking at the same time.
Do you work with pharmaceutical wholesalers?
Yes. Pharmacy Supplies of Draperstown run Canary7 alongside their GenetiQ ERP, and iMed Healthcare use it for healthcare fulfilment. Both talk about it in the films above.
