About Canary7
We Built It Because We Needed It
Canary7 did not start as a software company. It started inside a working third-party logistics operation that could not find a warehouse system good enough to run on.
Our sister company is a 3PL. Every warehouse system they looked at either assumed one client, priced every useful feature as an extra, or expected the operation to reshape itself around the software.
So we built our own. Not as a product, at first — as the thing our own warehouse needed to run properly. Multiple clients under one roof, each with their own stock, their own rules and their own billing. Picking that reflected how the floor actually worked. Numbers you could trust at month end.
It worked well enough that other operators asked whether they could use it. That is where Canary7 as a company begins, and it is still why the product looks the way it does. The features that exist are the ones a working warehouse asked for, which is a different starting point from a feature list assembled to win a comparison table.
Since then the team has grown across three countries and the customers have grown with it — 3PLs, wholesalers, manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors and ecommerce retailers, shipping to customers around the world.
