Expiry Dates Change Everything
A Recall Should Be A Query, Not A Fortnight

Rotation That Actually Happens
Common Questions
What is the difference between FIFO and FEFO?
FIFO picks the oldest stock first, by receipt date. FEFO picks the soonest to expire first, which is not always the same thing — a later delivery can carry an earlier expiry date. Food operations generally need FEFO, and Canary7 enforces it at the pick rather than reporting on it afterwards.
How quickly can you produce a recall report?
The data is captured at every movement, so identifying affected lots and their destinations is a query rather than a reconstruction. Affected stock can be blocked from picking at the same time.
Do you handle allergen segregation?
Yes. Putaway and picking rules keep allergen-containing lines separated, and picking sequences can be set to prevent cross-contact during order assembly.
Can you manage chilled, frozen and ambient in one system?
Yes, as separate zones with their own rules. Stock is directed to the correct environment on putaway and picked accordingly.
Will it help with FSMA, HACCP or BRC audits?
It gives you the record those audits ask for — lot-level chain of custody, rotation enforcement and hold history. We are not a compliance consultancy, but the evidence is there rather than needing assembling.
Does it work with our ERP?
Yes. Two-way connectors for Acumatica, SAP Business One and GenetiQ, plus an open API and EDI.
