Acumatica Integration Questions
Does Canary7 replace Acumatica's warehouse module?

It replaces how the warehouse works day to day, not Acumatica itself. Acumatica remains the system of record for finance, purchasing, sales and reporting. Canary7 owns execution on the floor and reports the results back.
Is this a native integration or middleware?
Native. The Canary7 Integration Service was built specifically for Acumatica and uses Acumatica webhooks for real-time, event-driven sync. There is no third-party middleware to license or maintain.
Do we need to change our Acumatica configuration?
No. The connector works with your existing setup, and no changes are needed to your chart of accounts or item master.
How much of this falls on our IT team?
Very little. Once live, the integration is monitored around the clock by our integration team, who handle updates, error resolution and system health.
How do we know it works before we commit?
Before go-live we deploy a full test stream environment where all data flows and custom logic are validated against your configuration — so nothing is discovered on the day.
How long does it take?
