At Canary7, we understand that a great team isn’t built solely through day-to-day collaboration in the office. To encourage stronger connections and foster teamwork in a different environment, we recently took our team out for a high-energy paintballing session. It turned out to be more than just a fun day out—it was a chance to enhance communication, trust, and cooperation among the team.
The day started with the team arriving at the paintball arena, suited up in protective gear, ready for action. After a quick briefing and some tactical discussions, we split into teams and hit the course. The paintball field was diverse, featuring dense wooded areas, open fields, and obstacles that provided plenty of opportunities to test our teamwork and strategy.

Whether it was an ambush around a barricade or a well-coordinated defense strategy, the day provided ample opportunities to bring out our competitive spirits and see each other’s strengths in action.
